Yin Liu, Ph.D.
Group Leader

Yin obtained her PhD in Neuroscience from the Johns Hopkins University, working on neurotrophin signaling and development of the peripheral nervous system in David Ginty's lab. She then joined Mark Krasnow's lab at Stanford Univeristy to study neuronal innervation of the mouse lung. In 2022, she started her own group at Janelia research campus.
After work, she is a proud mom and she loves visiting museums and playing legos with her daughter.
